RE-ENROLLment opens January 25th! On this page, you will find 2024-2025 re-enrollment instructions and forms.
Re-enrollment Instructions
Tualatin Valley Academy’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for the next school year. In preparation for the start of 2024-2025, please take time now to complete your child’s re-enrollment for next year.
To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will need to access TeacherEase through your existing login to review and update your child’s information. If you do not have a login, please follow the instructions for creating an account login below.
1. Log in to TeacherEase - if you have not already created a TeacherEase login, click here to create an account.
2. Once you log in, under the “Miscellaneous” tab, click on “Online Registration”.
3. After you click on “Online Registration” you will see the option to complete enrollment for your child for the year 2024-2025.
4. Click on your child’s name and follow the re-enrollment steps and submit.
The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
The Instructions and Enrollment Checklist page of the enrollment packet contains supplemental enrollment forms that also must be submitted. Further instructions on these forms are provided online.

Registration Fee
A non-refundable fee of $75 by March 18th, $100 from March 18th to May 1st, and $150 after May 2nd must be submitted with each application. The registration fee can be paid by check.
Billing Cycle
Entrance fees and tuition are combined into a yearly tuition amount.
The yearly tuition amount can be divided over 12 months (July - June) or 10 months (August-May). You must decide if you prefer the 10 or 12 month plan prior to school beginning.
Families choosing a 12-month billing cycle must complete registration by June 21, 2024.
First billing date for 12-month billing plan is July 1, 2024.
First billing date for 10-month billing plan is August 1, 2024.
Billing Information
Bills are sent on the first of the month and payment is due by the 10th of the month.
A $20 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 20th of the month.
All 2023/2024 school year accounts must be paid in full in order to enroll in the 2024-2025 school year.
We accept checks, money orders, and Auto ACH Debit payments only. No cash or credit cards accepted.
Preschool
Please make your August entrance fee/tuition payment no later than August 1st to hold your spot.
BASE Charges (The rates below are subject to change for the 2024-2025 school year)
BASE (Before and After School Experience) is Tualatin Valley Academy’s before and after child care.
Cost is $5.25 per hour
Any portion of the first hour is billed as an hour.
Lunch Charges (The rates below are subject to change for the 2024-2025 school year)
Hot lunch is offered for students wishing to purchase lunch. Hot lunch charges are applied to each student’s school bill. Please do not send cash to pay for lunch.
Cost:
$6.00 per meal.
$60 for a Hot Lunch Punch Card good for 10 meals.
