Billing Information
Statements are sent via email at the beginning of the month. Payments are due by the 10th of the month but a $20 late fee is not accessed unless payment is not received by the 20th of each month. All previous account balances must be paid in full in order to start for the following school year. Please refer to the financial information section of the school handbook for additional details. We accept checks, money orders and Auto ACH Debit payments. Payments to your school bill can be paid with a credit card using Plastiq (tvaschool.plastiq.com).
Preschool
Please make your August Tuition payment no later than August 10th to hold your spot. We do not prorate for days away.
Elementary through High School
Tuition is a yearly tuition amount which can be divided over 12 months (July-June) or 10 months (August-May). The decision for the 10 or 12 month billing cycle is made at the time of enrollment.
● First billing for accounts signed up for the 12-month plan is July 1, 2025. Families choosing the 12-month billing cycle must complete registration by June 1st.
● First billing for accounts signed up for the 10-month plan is August 1st.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable fee must be submitted with each application.
Eagles’ Nest Charges
Eagles’ Nest is Tualatin Valley Academy’s before and after school childcare program. Nest is billed at $6.00 per hour, calculated in 30-minute increments. A minimum monthly charge of $6.00 will apply to all families who use the program at any point during the month. Charges will be posted directly to your family’s monthly statement. Our tax ID number is listed on the statement.
