Hot to log in to FACTS Family Portal
Go to the FACTS Family Portal login page:
Enter the district code (TV-OR), your username (not email), and password, then click login.
If you need to reset your username or password the front office can help you with that.
Download the TVA App
The TVA App is a tool we use to help keep our families connected and informed. The app will be used alongside the FACTS Family Portal for important school communication.
You’ll receive school updates and notifications directly through the app.
Some features will be available without logging in, but to unlock the full functionality you’ll need your FACTS Family Portal login.

FACTS Family Portal
The FACTS Family Portal is our school’s information hub! It has a lot of important features that you’ll want to be familiar with as a parent.
Features
On the School Home page you can find announcements as well as important dates such as “No School Days”
On the Calendar page you can find our full year school calendar including upcoming events.
On the Directory page you can find contact information for your child’s friends and classmates (If you want your information removed from the directory contact the front office)
On the Resource Documents page you can find many of the school policies as well as the school supply lists.
Under the Student page you can view your child’s attendance records.
Web Forms
Under the School menu in the FACTS Family Portal you’ll find the Web Forms page where you can view and update important information about your child. Having the most accurate details on file is essential so that we can care for your child safely during pick up time and respond quickly in case of allergies, medical conditions, or emergencies during the school day.
Enrolled Students - Update student contact and demographic information
Student Medical - Update allergy, medical conditions, medications and doctors information.
Custodial Parents - Update custodial parents contact information and preferences.
Emergency Contacts - Update the contact information of your emergency contacts.
Transportation - Update and add individual who are approved to pick up your child.
Grandparents - Updated or add grandparents information.
