Tualatin Valley Academy’s three-step admissions process

We are glad you are considering becoming part of the Tualatin Valley Academy family! If you want to learn more about Tualatin Valley Academy, here is what you can expect:

Step 1 - Visit TVA

  • The first step in our admissions process is for you to fill out our Inquiry Form. This form is a no-obligation way for you to get connected with TVA if you’re wanting to get more information.

  • When we receive your Inquiry Form we’ll reach out to you to schedule a school tour where you can come see the school, meet our principal, Mrs. Orozco-Acosta, and ask any questions that you have.

  • After your tour you can consider with your family whether Tualatin Valley Academy is a good fit for you and you may choose to do one of the following:

    • Start our online application process - we’ll walk you through those steps when the time comes.

    • Schedule a follow up educational success consultation if you still have more questions for Mrs. Orozco-Acosta before you’re ready to make a decision about enrollment.

Step 2 - Submit Your Application

Complete the online application, including student and family information, educational background, references, and supporting academic documents. The link to the application forms will be provided after you meet the principal at the school tour.

Application fee: $25 per student. Applications are reviewed by TVA administration.

Step 3 - Complete Enrollment

Once your student has been accepted, complete the enrollment packet through FACTS, submit required health and other enrollment records, and pay the applicable enrollment fee to secure your student's place, subject to availability. Your student’s place is not secured until enrollment is completely finalized.

Enrollment collects additional information such as emergency contacts, medical permissions, and school agreements.

 

  • At Tualatin Valley Academy, we do not want finances to come between a student and Christian education. Our school has various options available to help support students' education at TVA.   • Tuition rates for the coming school year are set in the Spring.
