HOME & SCHOOL MEETING TONIGHT

Join us this evening at 7pm for our monthly H&S meeting. Zoom link will be sent via email.

MEDICATION REMINDER

We would like to remind you that students requiring medication at school, including common pain relievers, must have a form from the parent or doctor stating which medication is required and give a brief description of the medication and how it is to be administered. Forms are available at the office. The medication must be left at the school office where the student may request it when necessary. Medication must be provided by the parents and must be in its original container.

Oregon law requires that all medications administered at school, prescription as well as over-the-counter medications, be dispensed from an original prescription container and be accompanied by written consent from parent as well as written instructions from the physician.  School personnel are not authorized to dispense any medication at school unless these requirements are met. All medication must be administered by the school nurse or trained school personnel only.
