Michelle Coggin, Library and Media
Mrs. Coggin has done many things in her career from working in Accounting to being Office Manager to volunteering to teaching Preschool. She joined the Tualatin Valley Academy team in 2006, fulfilling a goal that had been on her mind for 20 years. In 2015 Mrs. Coggin became TVA's librarian.
Seeing and interacting with the students at TVA is what Mrs. Coggin enjoys most about her job. This year she's especially excited to explore volunteerism in literature with the 3rd-6th graders.
Mrs. Coggin's passion for learning and reading is apparent to anyone talking with her. She also sees each student as an individual and makes them feel valued and known. Those qualities come together to inspire students to love both reading and learning.
