Christmas Concert Tonight
Important to know:
Gym doors open at 6pm
Students must go to their classroom at 6:15pm. Please do not send them early.
Concert starts at 6:30pm
Pre-concert dinner fundraiser:
Wondering how to squeeze in dinner between school and the concert? Have a spaghetti dinner with us from 5-6pm.
Attire:
Our Christmas Concert theme this year is Christmas Around the World. We would like to encourage students to wear clothes/costumes of their own country/ancestral background or other countries. If students do not have clothes/costumes from other countries, please wear Christmas colors (red/green).
Students in band should wear their concert uniform - black shoes, black pants (no jeans), black or white dress shirt or sweater (solid color, no prints), or ladies may alternatively choose a black dress. Band students may add clothing items in keeping with the theme to their concert uniform that do not interfere with playing their instrument. Students who are in both band and handbells should wear their handbell concert uniform.
Students in Intermediate/Advanced handbells should wear their concert uniform. To prevent damage to the bells, if students would like to add accessories in keeping with the theme to the uniform they may do so when they are not playing bells.
Students in the Beginner bell choir, to prevent damage to the chimes please avoid buttons/beads/zippers/sequins/glitter/etc. on the upper chest.

LOST & FOUND
If your child has lost anything, please stop by the lobby today and tomorrow to see if you find their lost items. All unclaimed items will be donated after tomorrow.
HOT LUNCH FUNDRAISER TOMORROW
We will be having our hot lunch fundraiser tomorrow. The menu will be pizza, chips, fruit, drink. Students that have a punch card can use it for the fundraiser otherwise it’s $6.00. Please bring exact change.
CHRISTMAS CHAPEL TOMORROW
Our Christmas chapel will be at 9am tomorrow in the gym. Everyone is invited to come and listen to the story of Jesus’ birth!
WINTER BREAK
Our winter break will be from December 18th through January 2nd. School will resume on Wednesday, January 3rd. The office will be closed during break. Emails will be checked periodically.
HOT LUNCH PUNCH CARDS
Hot lunch punch cards are available to purchase at the office. Cards are $60 and are good for 10 meals.

We want to encourage you to set up your communication preferences on TeacherEase as soon as you can. You need to do a small amount of setup to receive these messages. Login to TeacherEase and click “Communication Preferences.”
You can choose whether to receive emails, mobile app notifications, text messages, and/or voice calls.
