Christmas Around the World
Our Christmas Concert theme this year is Christmas Around the World. We would like to encourage students to wear clothes/costumes of their own country/ancestral background or other countries.
Students in band should wear their concert uniform. Band students may add clothing items in keeping with the theme to their concert uniform that do not interfere with playing their instrument.
Students in Intermediate/Advanced handbells should wear their concert uniform. To prevent damage to the bells, if students would like to add accessories in keeping with the theme to the uniform they may do so when they are not playing bells.
Students in the Beginner bell choir, to prevent damage to the chimes please avoid buttons/beads/zippers/sequins/glitter/etc. on the upper chest.

TVA Bells - Performance Information
This Christmas season TVA Bells will be playing at the following locations, feel free to join us!
December 2, 11am - Hillsboro Spanish SDA Church - Intermediate and Advanced choirs
Bell choir students, please arrive by 9am to set up and practice, and plan to stay for tear down after church. Concert uniform is required.
December 9, 11:30am - Crosspoint SDA Church - Intermediate and Advanced choirs
December 14, 6:30pm - TVA Christmas Concert - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced choirs

WE ARE HIRING!
HOT LUNCH PUNCH CARDS In Use Starting Monday, December 4
Hot lunch costs $6.00 per meal and each card has 10 punches. Cards cost $60 and you will have to purchase the card as a whole. Another option will be to be $6.00 for each meal due the day of.
If you have not purchased a card, make sure to stop by the office.
Parents’ night out: RegistRATION NOW OPEN!

In Case You Missed It: COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
As we head into the fall and winter season, we want to make sure we communicate as effectively as we can. We want to encourage you to set up your communication preferences on TeacherEase as soon as you can. You need to do a small amount of setup to receive these messages. Login to TeacherEase and click “Communication Preferences.”
You can choose whether to receive emails, mobile app notifications, text messages, and/or voice calls.
